A On January 17, 2019, the Company announced that Andrew Brown will step down from the role of Upstream director on June 30, 2019 and will be replaced with Wael Sawan. Andy will remain available to Wael and the Executive Committee to assist with transition until September 30, 2019, and will then leave the company after 35 years distinguished service. since 2016.
