Mr. Ladislas Paszkiewicz is the Director of SunPower Corporationrationration. Mr. Paszkiewicz has served as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Climate, for Total S.A. since September 2016. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for Total S.A. from 2015 to 2016. From 2010 to 2014, he was Senior Vice President, Americas, for the Exploration and Production division of Total S.A. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President, Middle East, for the same division from 2007 to 2010. Mr. Paszkiewicz has also served as General Manager of the Total groups subsidiary in Argentina, as head of the Investor Relations Department of Total S.A., and in various other positions in the Total group, which he joined in 1985. Mr. Paszkiewicz holds a masters degree in business administration from New York University and a masters degree in finance from the Insitut dEtudes Politiques in Paris, France since 2016.
