Ms. Ng Shin Ein is the Nonexecutive Director of the company. Ms Ng Shin Ein is the Managing Director of Blue Ocean Associates, a panAsian investment firm. Ms Ng leads a network of family offices and high net worth investors in private equity investments. Ms Ng was also an adjunct research fellow at the National University of Singapore, where she focuses on her area of interest, philanthropy and social enterprises. Admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Singapore Supreme Court, Ms Ng started her career as a corporate lawyer in Messrs Lee Lee. Whilst at Lee Lee, she advised clients on joint ventures, mergers acquisitions and fund raising exercises.
