Mr. Butcher served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Regional Partner of Lincoln Property Company N.C., Inc. from 1967 until 1998. He served as a director of Northstar Realty Finance Corporationrationuntil September 2014. Mr. Butchers term expires in 2018. since 1988.
