Mr. Forrest Xiaodong Li serves as Chairman of the Board, and Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Forrest founded Sea in May 2009 and was the companys Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since its inception. Forrest aspires to make peoples daily life better through technology, and has devoted most of his career to pursuing that goal. Under his leadership, Sea has grown into the largest internet and mobile platform company in Greater Southeast Asia. By providing strategic counsel to talented entrepreneurs, Forrest also aims to bolster the technology entrepreneurship ecosystem in the region. He has served on the board of several highgrowth startups in our region, supporting the next generation of technology entrepreneurs. He also served on the 30member Committee on the Future Economy convened by the Government of Singapore to devise strategies to ensure the longterm sustainability and economic competitiveness of the nation. In 2015, Forrest was awarded Ernst Youngs Entrepreneur of the Year award for Internet and Mobile in Singapore. He holds an MBA from Stanford University in the United States and a Bachelors degree in Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University in China. Prior to founding Sea, Forrest worked at Motorola, Corning and MTV Networks. since 2009.

Sea Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Sea's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Sea inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Sea. The board's role is to monitor Sea's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served.
