Mr. Neo Seok Kok is Executive Vice President Operations of SIA Engineering Company Ltd. Mr Neo joined SIA in 1975 and served in various capacities in its Engineering Division. In 1992, Mr Neo was transferred to SIAEC and was appointed Senior Vice President in 2007. Over the years, Mr Neo was responsible for various operations across SIAEC, and the support services of Business Development, Partnership Management, Marketing Sales, and Facilities Development.
