Dr. Samuel Martin was Director of SafHolland SA since April 28, 2011. Previously, he was Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from June 20, 2007 till December 31, 2010. He graduated from Ohio State University with a Doctorate in Philosophy degree in Metallurgical Engineering and from Lafayette College with a BS degree in Metallurgical Engineering. He joined the Company in 1974, initially as Metallurgical Engineer, then as Acting Chief Engineer, Vice President Engineering, Executive Vice President Engineering, Executive Vice President, and President and Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Dr. Martin worked as Supervisor of the Materials Laboratory for FMC Corporationration in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and currently serves also as Member of the Board at Metal Flow Corporationrationration. since 2011.

SAF Holland SE Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the SAF Holland's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: SAF Holland inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of SAF.
