Dr. Michael J. Anghel serves as External Director at Strauss Group Ltd since June 12 2008. He serves as Chairman of the Audit committee and Member of the Finance Human Resources Compensation Ad hoc Investments Mergers and Acquisitions committees. Dr. Anghel became a director at Partner in March 2006. From 1977 to 1999 he led the Discount Investment Corporation Ltd. activities in the fields of technology and communications. Dr. Anghel was involved in founding Tevel an Israeli cable television operator and later in founding Cellcom an Israeli cellular operator. In 1999 he founded CAP Ventures a technology investment company. From 2004 to 2005 Dr. Anghel served as Chief Executive Officer of DCM the investment banking arm of the Israel Discount Bank. He was involved in various technology enterprises and has served on the Boards of Directors of various Israeli corporations and financial institutions including Elron Elbit Nice Gilat American Israeli Paper Mills Maalot the Israeli affiliate of Standard and Poors and Hapoalim Capital Markets. His work experience includes also the following roles Director at Syneron Medical Ltd. ECI Telecom Ltd. and Scopus Ltd. Chairman of the Tel Aviv Universitys Executive Program. He served as a fulltime member of the Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration of the Tel Aviv University where he taught finance and corporate strategy since 2008.

Strauss Group Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Strauss Group's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Strauss Group inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Strauss.
