Ms. Deborah OToole is Independent NonExecutive Director of Company. She has acted as Chairperson of the Audit Committees of CSIRO, Norfolk Group and Pacific Aluminium. Ms OToole is a director of the Asciano Rail Group of Companies operating as Pacific National Rail, Credit Union Australia and the Wesley Research Institute. since 2014.
