Mr. James A. Risher is the Independent Director of SL Industries Inc. since May 29 2003. Mr. Risher was the Managing Partner of Lumina Group LLC a private company engaged in the business of consulting and investing in small and midsize companies since 1998. Mr. Risher has served as a director of DGT Holdings Corporationration since April 2005. He was also the President and CEO of DGT from August 2006 through August 2009. From February 2001 to May 2002 Mr. Risher served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of BlueStar Battery Systems International Inc. a Canadian public company that is an ecommerce distributor of electrical and electronic products to selected automotive aftermarket segments and targeted industrial markets. BlueStar filed CCAA in August 2001 and a plan of reorganization was approved in November 2001. From 1986 to 1998 Mr. Risher served as a director CEO and President of Exide Electronics Group Inc. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Exide from December 1997 to July 1998. Mr. Risher was also a director of Wilhelmina International Inc. from October 2004 until January 2010. since 2003.
