Dr. Antonio Paccioretti serves as Chief Financial Officer and Financial Reporting Officer of Snam S.p.A. since October 29 2007 and as Chairman of Stogit subsidiary of Snam SpA since February 6 2013. Prior to his appointment he served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company as from July 2007. He holds a degree in Business Economics from the Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi of Milan. He began his career in 1989 in Snam SpA in the Administration Finance and Control division where he was gradually promoted through various managerial positions and finally became Financial Manager in 2000. In 2001 as the Financial Manager of Snam Rete Gas he was involved in the various stages of Snams listing process. From 2006 to June 2007 he was the Managing Director of Eni Coordination Center SA. Prior to this from 2002 to 2006 he was the Head of Equity and Debt Capital Market activities of Eni SpA. He developed knowledge of MA and structured finance transactions in Italy and abroad mainly in the Oil Gas and Utilities sectors. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Snam Rete Gas and Italgas. since 2013.
