Mr. Foulkes served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Stratton Mountain Resort, a ski and snowboard resort owned and operated by The Stratton Corporation, a whollyowned subsidiary of the Company. From November 2002 to 2007, Mr. Foulkes served as Vice President and General Manager of Stratton. He joined the Stratton team in December 1982 and held a variety of positions at Stratton prior to being elected Vice President and General Manager. Mr. Foulkes oversees the daytoday mountain and adventure operations since 2015.
