Mr. Wesley R. Edens is Director of the Company. Wesley R. Edens has agreed to join our board of directors effective as of the date of this prospectus. He is the founding principal and CoChairman of the board of directors of Fortress and was a principal and the Chairman of the Management Committee of Fortress since cofounding Fortress in May 1998. Investment funds managed by affiliates of Fortress indirectly control the Initial Stockholders. Previously, Mr. Edens served as Chief Executive Officer of Fortress from inception to August 2009. Mr. Edens has primary investment oversight of Fortress private equity and publicly traded alternative businesses. He is the Chairman of the board of directors of each of Springleaf Holdings, Inc., Eurocastle Investment Limited, GateHouse Media, Inc., Mapeley Limited, Nationstar Mortgage Holdings, Inc., New Residential Investment Corporationration and Newcastle Investment Corporationration . He is a director of GAGFAH S.A., Brookdale Senior Living Inc., and Penn National Gaming Inc. since 2014.
