Mr. Nicolas Rebours is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer of SQLI SA as of June 30, 2008. He was previously a Member of the Management Board of SQLI SA between June 26, 2002 and June 30, 2008. He graduated in 1984 at Universite Paris IX Dauphine in Finance and Accounting and became a Certified Accountant in 1985. He started his career as an Auditor at Pricewatherhouse Coopers. From 1990 to 2000, he was successively Administrative and Financial manager in various software publishers, including Dorotech, Software AG and Atempo, and worked for DSL Subiteo operator until 2001 and for InFusio, a company that provides downloadable games on mobile phones, until 2002. His other mandates include Chairman of Abcial, Director of Star Repulic and Osudio Holding, among others. since 2008.
