He previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Natural Nutrition Group, Inc., a food processor as Chief Executive Officer of McCain Foods, Inc. and as President and a Director of Pilgrims Pride Corporationrationration. The Company believes that Mr. Voss extensive experience as an entrepreneur, executive, consultant, investor and director in the consumer products industry, as well as his experience serving as Chairman, President and Director of Fortune 500 companies, gives him the qualifications and skills to serve as a Director. since 2013.
