Dr. Ann Tsukamoto Ph.D. is Executive Vice President Scientific and Strategic Alliances of StemCells Inc. She was appointed Vice President Scientific Operations in June 1998 Vice President Research and Development in February 2002 Chief Operating Officer in November 2006 and Executive Vice President Research and Development in October 2008. In June 2013 Dr. Tsukamoto was appointed Executive Vice President Scientific and Strategic Alliances with responsibility for developing the Companys alliances with research institutions corporations government agencies and disease foundations. Dr. Tsukamoto is married to one of our outside directors.
