Mr. William H. Rogers, Jr., is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 2011 and has served as Chairman of our Board since January 1, 2012. He was named Chief Executive Officer in June 2011 after having served as our Chief Operating Officer since 2010 and President since 2008. Mr. Rogers began his career with SunTrust in 1980 and has served in a leadership capacity in all business segments of the Company since 2012.

Solidion Technology Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Solidion Technology's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Solidion Technology inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Solidion. The board's role is to monitor Solidion Technology's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. Solidion Technology's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects. On the other hand, Solidion Technology's outside directors are responsible for providing unbiased perspectives on the board's policies.
