Mr. Philippe Magarshack was Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, Embedded Processing Solutions since January 2015. Prior to that he was Executive Vice President Design Enablement Services at STMicroelectronics NV since September 13, 2012. He previously served as Corporationrationrate Vice President, Design Enablement Services, of the Company from February 2012. From 1985 to 1989 he worked as a microprocessor designer at ATT Bell Labs in the U.S. In 1989, he joined ThomsonCSF in Grenoble, France, and took responsibility for libraries and ASIC design kits for the military market. In 1994, he joined the Central RD Group of SGSTHOMSON Microelectronics, where he has held several roles in CAD and Libraries management for advanced integratedcircuit manufacturing processes. In 2005, he was promoted to Group Vice President and General Manager of Central CAD and Design Solutions at STMicroelectronics Technology RD and Manufacturing organization. Mr. Magarshack graduated with an Engineering degree in Physics from Ecole Polytechnique, Palaiseau, France, and with an Electronics Engineering degree from Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications in Paris, France. since 2015.
