Mr. Aleksander Galos is Independent Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. He is Member of the Compensation Committee and Chairman of the Audit Committee at the Company. Since January 2008, he was Managing Partner at Hogan Hartson a law firm he first joined in March 1992. He has also been Member of the Supervisory Board of Bank ING Bank Slaski S.A. Between 2000 and 2001, he was Member of the Supervisory Board of PKO BP SA and from 2002 to 2011 of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. In July 1992, he was appointed Head of Minister Office. Mr. Galos graduated in Law from Uniwersytet Jagiellonski w Krakowie.
