Mr. Douglas Charles Rauh is no longer Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of Summit Materials, Inc., effective December 30, 2017. He joined the Company in January 2012 as the East Segment President. Effective March 1, 2013, Mr. Rauh became the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the Company, from 2000 to 2012, Mr. Rauh held positions of increasing responsibility with Oldcastle, including President and Chief Executive Officer of The Shelly Co., Oldcastle operations in Ohio. During Mr. Rauh tenure with Shelly, he was an integral part of the team that completed over 30 acquisitions. Mr. Rauh started his career working for his family business, Northern Ohio Paving Company, where he held roles of increasing responsibility from 1983 to 2000, including Vice President
