Mr. Lars Dahlgren has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Swedish Match AB since June 2008. From July 1, 2004 until June 2008, he was Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at the Company. Prior to this, from April 1, 2004 to July 1, 2004, he was Acting Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at the Company. He joined Swedish Match AB in 1996 and was Member of Group Management Team since 2004. He has managerial experience from various international positions within the Group. He was also Finance Director at Swedish Match Philippines and Financial Analyst at SBC Warburg. He has worked with Group Finance on the executive level since May 2002, primarily in the areas of Business Control, and Merger and Acquisition issues. He is Board Member of Orkla ASA. He holds a MS degree in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. since 2008.
