Mr. Nils Ittonen has served as NonExecutive Member of the Board of Directors of Sanoma Oyj since April 9, 2014. He is Member of the Executive Committee and the Audit Committee at the Company. He was Senior Vice President, Group Treasury, Real Estate and Risk Management of the Company from April 4, 2007 until 2009. He was Senior Vice President of Group Treasury Real Estate and Member of the Executive Management Group of the Company between May 1, 1999 and April 4, 2007 and Member of the Corporationrationrate Centre Management Group from April 5, 2007. He joined Sanoma Group in 1977. He served in various positions, including Vice President, Asset Management at Sanoma Corporation and as Chief Financial Officer of Sanoma Inc., United States, and Crafton Graphic Co, United States. He was also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asipex AG and Member of the Board of Directors of Oy Asipex. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jane and Aatos Erkko Foundation. He holds a BS degree in Economics. since 2014.
