Mr. David Low is Executive Director of the Company. He is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Economics and during the Asian Financial Crisis corporate and debt restructuring. He was previously Director Team Leader of MIMB Investment Bank before moving to Australia and joined the Asian Business Unit of Westpac Banking Corporation as its Senior Manager and later Head of Corporationrationrate Finance of an ASX listed financial services company. Mr Low is currently a director of JCL Capital Pty Ltd a boutique corporate advisory house specialising in cross border corporate finance activities bridging between Australia and Asia. He is also Chairman and NonExecutive Director of AG Financial Ltd and a committee member of the Chinese Professional and Business Association of Victoria. since 2015.
