Mr. David B. Henry is Independent NonExecutive Chairman of the Board of the Company. He was formerly the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Kimco Realty Corporation, a publiclytraded REIT. He served as Kimcos Chief Executive Officer from December 2009 to January 2016 and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors from April 2001 to January 2016. Prior to joining Kimco, he spent 23 years at G.E. Capital Real Estate, where he served as the Senior Vice President Chief Investment Officer, and was Chairman of the Investment Committee and member of the Credit Committee. Mr. Henry is a past Trustee and served as 20112012 Chairman of the International Council of Shopping Centers, was a former ViceChairman of the Board of Governors of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and a former member of the Executive Board of the Real Estate Roundtable. His other public REIT board experience includes service on the boards of HCP, Inc. since January 2004, VEREIT, Inc. since September 2015, and Columbia Property Trust, Inc. since January 2016. He is currently lead director of HCP, Inc since 2021.
