Mr. Thomas E. McDonough is no longer President, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, effective December 31, 2019. He joined the Company in August 2010 as Executive Vice President of Operations. Previously, he was the CoFounder and Principal of MHF Real Estate Group, a real estate asset management firm, from September 2009 to August 2010. He served as Chief Investment Officer and was a member of the Investment Committee at Equity One, Inc. from July 2007 to April 2009. From April 2006 to July 2007, Mr. McDonough was a partner at Kahl Goveia, and from February 1997 to April 2006, he was employed by Regency Centers Corporationration, and its predecessor, Pacific Retail Trust, as the national director of acquisitions and dispositions. Previously, from July 1984 to January 1997, Mr. McDonough served in various capacities, including partner and principal, with Trammell Crow Company. Mr. McDonough has supervisory responsibility over the senior officers that oversee the Company operations, construction and development, leasing and marketing functions since 2017.
