Mr. Sondey joined our former parent Transamerica Corporation in April 1996 as Director of Corporationrationrate Development. He then joined TAL International Container Corporation in November 1998 as Senior Vice President of Business Development. In September 1999 Mr. Sondey became President of TAL International Container Corporationrationration. Prior to his work with Transamerica Corporation and TAL International Container Corporation Mr. Sondey worked as a Management Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and as a Mergers Acquisitions Associate at J.P. Morgan since 2011.
