Mr. Douglas P. Taylor is Chairman of the Board of the Company. He is no longer Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective April 29, 2019. Mr. Taylor has served as a director since 1976. Employed by the Company since 1971, Mr. Taylor has held the positions of Director of Sales, Director of Engineering, VicePresident and Executive VicePresident. Mr. Taylor was appointed President, CEO and Chairman of the Board in April 1991. Mr. Taylor holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo, awarded in 1971. Mr. Taylor is widely published within the shock and vibration community with more than 75 publications since 2019.
