Ms. Banu Isci Sezen has served as Senior Vice President Turkcell Academy of Turkcell Communication Services Inc. since April 2015. She joined Turkcell Human Resources in 2003. Prior to her current position, she was Chief Turkcell Group Human Resources Officer, Director of Turkcell Academy and held various executive positions in Turkcell. She lead the restructuring of Turkcell Academy as a Corporationrationrate University in 2005. Before joining Turkcell, she worked at Izmir Mercantile Exchange Futures and Options, Garanti Bank, Humanitas Dogus and Baris Insurance in managerial positions. She is a graduate from the Counseling and Psychological Guidance Department at Bogazici Universitesi. She served as Vice General Manager Group Human Resources of the Company until April 2015. since 2015.
