Boykin was an Independent Director of Teradata Corporationration He retired as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Computer Sciences Corporation an information technology services company he joined in 1966 in June 2003. He had served in that capacity since July 2001. From 1998 to 2001 he held a number of senior management positions at CSC including group president of its Financial Services Group from 1999 to 2001 and vice president of its Technology Management Group from 1998 to 1999. Mr. Boykin also serves on the board of directors of NCR Corporation and as NonExecutive Chairman of the Board of Engility Corporation a government services company. He was Chairman of the Board of Capital TEN Acquisition Corporationration from October 2007 to May 2008 and was a director of PlusOne Solutions Inc. from October 2008 to October 2009. He joined company board on September 6 2007. since 2007.
