From 1996 to 1997, he was the Chairman and CEO of Siping City Traffic Safety Equipment Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of traffic safety equipment. Before 1995, he worked in senior positions in China Agriculture Bank, Siping Branch. Mr. Zhao graduated from Jilin Province Radio and Television University in 1986, holding a college degree in Economics. since 2009.
