Since 2005, she was in the Board of Directors of Teatro Pisa Foundation and of Arpa Foundation. Since 2009, she was in the Board of Directors of Chamber of Commerce of Pisa. From June 2008 until April 2011, she served as Chairman of Cassa di Risparmio di San Miniato SpA. In 2005 she was awarded the Order of Cherubino. Additionally, she was appointed Chairman of the degree course in Economics and Commerce and served two terms of office. She is Chairman of the Scientific Teaching Committee of her Regional Association of Chartered Accountants and Member of the Board of Academic Tutors for postgraduate research in Italian and international commercial law at Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano. She graduated in Law from Universita di Pisa in 1983. since 2011.
