Mr. Kevin P. Connors is the President Chief Executive Officer Director of Cutera Inc. Prior to founding Cutera from May 1996 to June 1998 Mr. Connors served as President and General Manager of Coherent Medical Group a unit of Coherent Inc. which manufactures lasers optics and related accessories. We believe Mr. Connors qualifications to serve on our Board include his knowledge of and leadership experience in the aesthetic medical equipment industry prior to joining Cutera and the substantial understanding of the Company and its operations that he has gained while serving as President CEO and director of the Company since its inception. since 1998.
