Mr. Erik Mitteregger no longer serves as NonExecutive Member of the Board of Directors of Tele2 AB effective as of May 24 2016. He has held this position since May 17 2010. He has also been Member of the Audit Committee of the Company. He was Director of Investment AB Kinnevik since 2004 and of Rocket Internet SE since 2014. He is also chairman of the Boards of Firefly AB since 2013 and Wise Group AB since 2008 . Previously he was member of the Board of Invik Co. AB 20042007 and Metro International SA 20092013 as well as Avito AB 20142015. He was founding partner and Fund Manager of Brummer Partners Kapitalforvaltning AB 19952002. In 19891995 he was Head of Equity Research and member of the Management Board at Alfred Berg Fondkommission. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration at Stockholm School of Economics. since 2010.

Elected by the shareholders, the Tele2 AB's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Tele2 AB inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Tele2.
