Mr. Timotheus Hottges is Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Httges has served as a director of our Company and Chairman of the Board since April 30, 2013, and is a member and chair of the Executive Committee of our Board of Directors. Since January 2014, Mr. Httges has served as Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Telekom, our majority stockholder and a leading integrated telecommunications company. From March 2009 to December 2013, he served as Deutsche Telekoms Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Management. From December 2006 to March 2009, he was a member of the Board of Management responsible for the THome Unit . From January 2003 to December 2006, Mr. Httges headed European operations as a member of the Board of Management of TMobile International. Mr. Httges studied Business Administration at the University of Cologne. Mr. Httges individual qualifications and skills that led to the conclusion that he should serve as a director include his extensive and broad experience in the telecommunications industry gained through his positions of increasing responsibility in operations, corporate planning, mergers and acquisitions and finance. since 2013.
