Mr. Roy A. Aneeds is Independent Director of Triangle Petroleum Corporationration since July 2012. Mr. Aneed was employed by NGP Energy Capital Management L.L.C. since June 2007. NGP ECMs principal business is serving as the management company of the Natural Gas Partners family of funds. In 2001, Mr. Aneed received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Finance and Management as well as a minor in European History.
