Director
Mr. Jan Urban serves as Independent Vice Chairman at Agromino AS. He was Director of the Company since April 26, 2018. He started his career as a legal intern and later associate with the US law firm White Case in their Prague office. After his postgraduate studies in the US he continued for 3 years as a management consultant with McKinsey Co., where he took part in the restructuring of several Czech industrial and banking conglomerates. Jan started his first company in 2000 and continued to manage selfstarted companies until 2010. Since 2010 he was active more as an investor into companies with close oversight including introducing them to standard managerial and corporate governance principles. Several of the companies he founded or invested in were acquired by premier Czech strategic investors. He acts as a mentor in several Czech startup incubators. Jan holds JD and PhD from the Charles University Law School, MA in Finance from the Prague University of Economics and LLM from the Harvard Law School. He is a qualified Czech and US attorney.

TRIGON AGRI AS Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the TRIGON AGRI's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: TRIGON AGRI inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of TRIGON. The board's role is to monitor TRIGON AGRI's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served.
