In 1997, Mr. Seleznev graduated from the Baltic State Technical University in Pulse Devices and Automated Rotary Lines Engineering. In 2002, he graduated in Finance and Credit from SaintPetersburg State University. He has served as Member of the Supervisory Council of Joint Stock Company Conexus Baltic Grid since December 22, 2016.
