During his professional career, he was appointed Head of the Department for Marketing and Processing of Gas and Liquid Hydrocarbons of JSC Gazprom, Head of the Department for Marketing and Processing of Gas and Liquid Hydrocarbons of JSC Gazprom and Member of the Management Committee of JSC Gazprom, Head of the Department for Marketing and Processing of Gas and Liquid Hydrocarbons of JSC Gazprom and Member of the Management Committee of JSC Gazprom . In 1997, Mr. Seleznev graduated from the Baltic State Technical University in Pulse Devices and Automated Rotary Lines Engineering. In 2002, he graduated in Finance and Credit from SaintPetersburg State University. He has served as Member of the Supervisory Council of Joint Stock Company Conexus Baltic Grid since December 22, 2016.
