Polman was appointed Executive Director of the Company in October 2008. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, Netherlands, in 1977 and a Masters of Arts in Economics and Masters of Business Administration in Finance/International Marketing from the University of Cincinnati in 1979.
