Mr. Anugerah Pekerti was Independent Commissioner of PT United Tractors Tbk since May 21, 2007. He obtained a Bachelor degree in Psychology from University of Indonesia in 1967 and Doctorate in Philosophy major in Business Administration from University of Southern California in 1985. Currently, he also serves as an Independent Commissioner for PT Samudera Indonesia, Tbk, a member of International Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity International and an Advisor to the Indonesian Physics Olympic Team. An active lecturer at the PPM Management Institute since 1968, where he also served as the President from 19881998. Since 1998, he is involved in Corporationrationrate Governance implementation in various companies and nonprofit organizations. since 2007.

United Tractors Tbk Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the United Tractors' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: United Tractors inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of United. The board's role is to monitor United Tractors' management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served.
