Mr. Alan P. Timmins is an Independent Director of the Company. Since January 2014. He has served as vice president for financial affairs at the University of Portland since 2011. He is the former President and Chief Operating Officer of AVI BioPharma Inc. now known as Sarepta Therapeutics Inc. . Mr. Timmins began with AVI a pioneering medical research company in 1992 and was the companys first Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President before serving as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2000 to 2008. Before his career with AVI he worked with Price Waterhouse now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Timmins was retired from 2008 to 2011. He earned an MBA from Stanford University and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Portland. Mr. Timmins is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Oregon. since 2014.
