Mr. Chamberlain spent the majority of his Morgan Stanley career in the firms Menlo Park, California office where he led account teams on financing and strategic transactions for its technology clients. He also serves on the board of directors of ServiceNow, Inc. since October 2016 and TriNet Group, Inc. since December 2015. Mr. Chamberlain earned a Bachelor of Arts in History, magna cum laude, from Princeton University and a MBA from Harvard Business School. He serves as Chair of the Strategic Advisory Committee of JobTrain, a nonprofit organization based in Menlo Park, California that provides vocational and life skills training, and he served on its board of directors for over ten years. Mr. Chamberlain currently serves on our Audit Committee. since 2015.
