Mr. Herve Philippe was Chief Financial Officer, Member of the Management Board of Vivendi SA since June 24, 2014. He is a graduate of the Institut dEtudes Politiques de Paris and holds a degree in Economic Sciences. He began his career with Credit National in 1982 as account manager for business nancing in the IledeFrance region. In 1989, he joined the French market authority, the Commission des oprations de bourse as manager of the French listed company sector. From 1992 to 1998, he served as Head of the Transactions and Financial Information department. In 1998, he joined the Sagem group, where he held the positions of Director of Legal and Administrative Affairs at Sagem SA, Chief Administrative and Financial Officer at Sfim, and Director of Communication at Sagem SA . In 2001, he took on the role of Chief Financial Officer and became a member of the Sagem SA Management Board in 2003. Herve Philippe was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Havas Group in November 2005 and, in May 2010, was named Deputy Chief Executive Officer until December 31, 2013. He has served as Vivendis Chief Financial Officer since January 1, 2014 and as a member of its Management Board since June 24, 2014. since 2014.
