Mr. Philip A. Taylor is Trustee, President and Principal Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Taylor was a member of the Board of Trustees of the other Invesco Funds since 2006. Mr. Taylor has headed Invescos North American retail business as Senior Managing Director of Invesco Ltd. since April 2006. He previously served as chief executive officer of Invesco Trimark Investments since January 2002. Mr. Taylor joined Invesco in 1999 as senior vice president of operations and client services and later became executive vice president and chief operating officer since 2019.
