In 1994, Prof. Stadler was appointed Commercial Director at VolkswagenAudi Espana SA, Barcelona. In this capacity, he was responsible for controllership, accounts, human resources and organization. From 1997, Prof. Stadler was Head of the Board of Managements Office for the Volkswagen Group and, from January 2002, also Head of Group Product Planning. He became the Audi AG Board Member responsible for the Finance and Organization Division in 2003. since 2010.
