Mr. Janis Bergs has served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Member of the Management Board of Joint Stock Company SAF Tehnika since April 29, 2015. From November 2006 until August 2010, he occupied the post of Member of the Company Supervisory Council. During his professional career, he acted as Chairman of the Management Board of SIA Fortech, then moving on to the position of Member of the Management Board of Mirolink Group. In 2004, he was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of Mirolink Group and he held this post until 2006. In 2004, he was appointed to the Management Board of the Latvian Information Technology and Telecommunications Association since 2015.

SAF TEHNIKA Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the SAF TEHNIKA's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: SAF TEHNIKA inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of SAF. The board's role is to monitor SAF TEHNIKA's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served.
