Mr. Michael T. Duke is nolonger Director of WalMart Stores Inc. effective June 3 2016. Mr. Duke is the President and CEO of Walmart and has served in that position since February 1 2009. Prior to this appointment he held other positions with Walmart since joining company in July 1995 including Vice Chairman with responsibility for Walmart International beginning in September 2005 and Executive Vice President and President and CEO of Walmart US beginning in April 2003. Mr. Duke serves on the board of directors of The Consumer Goods Forum the executive committee of the Business Roundtable and the executive board of Conservation Internationals Center for Environmental Leadership in Business. He also serves on the board of advisors for the University of Arkansas and the advisory board of the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management in Beijing China. since 2014.
