Mr. George J. Still, Jr., is Lead Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Still is currently a Partner Emeritus at Norwest Venture Partners, a global VC firm. From 1994 to December 2012, Mr. Still served as NVPs Managing Partner. Prior to NVP, Mr. Still worked for Ernst Young LLP, an accounting firm, and as a Partner with the Centennial Funds, a VC firm. From November 2006 to September 2014, Mr. Still served as a director of Rackspace Hosting, Inc. Mr. Still led the sole venture investment in PeopleSoft, where he served as a director from 1991 to 2001. Mr. Still also served as a director of the National VC Association from 1995 to 2000, and on the Stanford Business School VC Trust from 1997 to 2001. Mr. Still received a B.S. in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Mr. Still has served as a member of the Board of Overseers at the Tuck School of Business since 2013, as a member of the Board of Advisors of Tucks Center of Private Equity and Entrepreneurship since 2011, and has also served as a guest lecturer and a past member of the Deans Advisory Council since 2005. Mr. Still has also served as a member of the Executive Committee of the United States Golf Association since 2015.
