Ms. Jacqui Ferguson is the NonExecutive Director of the Company. Ms. Jacqui is currently Public Services Chair at the Confederation of British Industry and a board member of the Tech Partnership. She was previously Senior Vice President and General Manager of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services in the UK and Ireland and Middle East, Mediterranean and Africa. She was also the Vice President and Chief of Staff to the CEO of Hewlett Packard from March 2012 to 2014. Prior to this she held a number of senior roles within the technology sector in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and North America. since 2016.
