He is also a former Director and Chairman of the Victorian Public Transport Corporationrationration. He is Chairman of Transurban Group, Managing Director of Align Capital Pty Ltd and a director of BHP Billiton Limited, BHP Billiton plc and Baker IDI Heart and Diabetes Institute Holdings Limited. since 2011.
