He started at Asesores Kennedy Agente de Seguros later part of Alexander Alexander which in turn became part of Aon Mxico where he was CEO for Aon Risk Solutions and later Aon Consulting. In 2012 he joined Colemont Retail Brokers as CEO. since 2015.
